Can you properly apply my company logo and can you adjust the printing of my invoice?

In QuickBooks Online, you can easily incorporate your company logo into your invoices and adjust the invoice printing at any time, Usman.

I’ll guide you through the detailed steps to effectively add your company logo, enhancing its professional appearance.

Here's how:

            1. Go to the gear icon.

            2. Under Your Company, select Custom form styles.

            3. At the upper right, from the New style dropdown, select the appropriate form.

             Note: If you want to upload a logo on an existing template, find the template, then select Edit under                   the Action column.

            4. Go to the Design tab, then select Make logo edits. 

            5. Select the box with Add a logo +, then the + on the next window. 

            6. Locate and select the image you want to use

            7. Select Open. Once uploading is done, select Save, then Done. 

About the printing adjustment of your invoice, you'll need to personalize the template and configure the printer settings. You can also modify the page margins, font size, column widths, and other design elements. Below are the instructions for modifying the invoice printing settings: 

1. Go to the gear icon, then select Custom Form Styles.
2. Choose the invoice template you want to modify and click edit.
3. Navigate to the Design tab, then Edit print settings. You can adjust margins and see a preview of the changes. 
4. If you are using the Standard template, you can adjust the font size on the Design tab. 
5. Once the Page margins are adjusted, click Done to save.
