Change packing list to delivery note

Welcome to the Community. I'm here to help you with your packing slip concern in QuickBooks Online.

The option to change the name from Packing Slip to Delivery Note is unavailable. The display name will depend on the region of your QuickBooks. 

As a workaround,  you can download the packing slip as a PDF file. You can search for a third-party application online to edit the content manually.

Here's how to download a packing slip:

1. On the left navigation bar, click Sales.
2. Go to the All sales tab.
3. Find the invoice or sales receipt.
4. Click the drop-down arrow.
5. Select Print packing slip.
6. Press the Download icon in the upper-right corner.
