To ensure that I'm on the same page, may I know if you're trying to create a GST invoice for a composite scheme? If so, you'll need to set up GST in QuickBooks Online (QBO) first. Refer to this article for further guidance on the process: Setting up QuickBooks for GST.
Once done, you'll need to make all the invoice Tax Inclusive. This can be done by clicking the Amounts are drop-down and choosing Inclusive of Tax in the drop-down.
