Do we have an option of manufacturing goods inventory setup in plus version of Quickbooks?

QuickBooks Online Plus does not have a native feature for manufacturing or building assemblies.

However, if your process involves simple kitting, the Bundle feature may work for you. If you require a formal production process, you can consider integrating with a third-party app. By going through the Integrations icon on the upper right corner > Find Integrations and search for an app that fits your needs.

You need a 3rd party inventory management app with an assembly feature or a manufacturing app to sync with your QB Online. Another option, switch to QB Desktop.
