Hi, Peter. Do you have any transactions that were deleted without your permission?

If so, it can feel overwhelming considering the importance of these records to your business. We can use the Audit log to track all actions taken within your account, including deletions and the user who made the changes.

  1. Navigate to the Gear icon, then Audit log.
  2. Set the Date Changed.
  3. Filter the Events to include  Deleted/Voided transactions.
  4. Locate the deleted transaction.

Once you’ve reviewed it, gather relevant details such as the amount, customer name, and item. You'll then want to recreate the payment transaction to ensure both customer balances and your records match the actual funds received.

If you meant something else, please don't hesitate to clarify so that I can provide you with the accurate resolution.
