In QuickBooks Online, once you've sent out an invoice, you can't change the date on it, Lizette. However, you can still adjust the invoice date inside QuickBooks and resend it to your customer.

To change the due date of their invoices, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Sales tab and select Invoices.
  2. Locate the invoice you want to update.
  3. Click View/Edit under the Action column.
  4. Adjust the due date on the invoice.

  5. Once done, click Save and Send to resend the updated invoice.
