I keep getting classification code error message when I want to submit the e-invoice. Why is that so? A manual upload of the same invoice on the LHDN portal seems to be okay.

The classification code error suggests there's a problem with how a transaction is categorized, or that a classification code is missing or incorrect, Ranjit.

Could you please specify the exact error message you encountered? Any additional information you provide will help us offer a more accurate solution.

Please ensure that the code used in the e-invoice matches the required format and is valid. If you are confident that everything is correct but still encounter the error, it could be related to your browser. We can perform some troubleshooting steps to resolve this.

Start by clearing the cache and Intuit-specific cookies in your regular browser. This can help remove accumulated data that can cause unusual behavior with web-based programs. Alternatively, consider using a different supported browser or device, as there could be a temporary problem with your current browser. After that, please submit your e-invoice again.

On top of that, after you process a payment from a customer, you need to record it so the invoice will be marked as paid. Otherwise, the invoice will stay open and appear as unpaid in your reports.
