    Even if the custom email body doesn't update in the preview, your customer will still receive the updated version in the email you send. However, we'll need to troubleshoot your browser to ensure the preview you see updates every time you customize the email body.

     

    Here's how:

     

    1. Restart your browser.
    2. Clear your browser's cache.
    3. Add Intuit as a trusted site.

     

     

     After that, you can also consider creating recurring transactions in QuickBooks Online.
