Question

For about a week now, the search option for invoices is missing. I've cleared the cache, it's still not there. I've tried a new browser, still missing.

    Hey there, @skirtedsoldier

     

    Thanks for reaching back out to the Community and letting us know that clearing your cache and cookies didn't help resolve the issue. 

     

    With that being said, let's try just a few more troubleshooting steps before we dig further into the problem: 

     

    • Sign out and then back into your QBO account
    • Turn off your device and then turn it back on (or restart your device) 
    • Use a different supported device
