Question

Has anyone had problems with your sales tax not being applied to invoices or sales receipts? I had no problem until this a.m. help?

I received an error code -37106 Anyone know what this is/means?

    Hi Julie,

     

    We're aware of the situation, and our engineers are working to restore full functionality as soon as possible. In the meantime, you'll want to log out and back in or try a different browser to restore the missing sales tax column.

     

    For any transactions created yesterday between 8:45 and 11:15 AM PT, you'll also need to open and re-save them to update the tax amounts.
