Hello. How to enable search SKU in the product and service box when making invoice?

Hi there, texturespace-kh. In QuickBooks Online, the SKU field is automatically searchable. As long as you’ve assigned SKUs to your items, you can pull them up instantly using the Product/Service dropdown when creating an invoice.

Head over to the Gear icon and select Products and Services. From there, you can verify that each item has its SKU field properly filled in.

When creating an invoice, simply click into the Product/Service field and type the SKU. The correct item should pop up in the results immediately.

If you're copying and pasting very long SKUs, you may need to backspace a few characters to trigger the search properly. Typing the SKU directly usually yields the best results.
