Hello, I would like to amend the address shown on the invoice template, but system shows Dubai, Dubai, 00000.what are my options to amend this? I tried in the settings

Since you mentioned you've already tried to amend the settings. Just to confirm, have you updated your company address in Account and Settings? Please know that the address appearing on your invoices pulls from your company settings.

If you haven't updated your address yet, follow these steps:

1. Click the Settings in the upper right corner.
2. Select Account and Settings.
3. Go to the Company tab.
4. Under Company Address, click Edit ✎.
5. Update your address details and your correct postal code; the "00000" indicates this field hasn't been updated yet.
6. Click Save, then Done.
                            
   
    

To verify the changes, please create a new invoice or preview an existing one to see if the updates have synchronized. 

Regarding the country code ARE, QuickBooks Online utilizes standard ISO alpha-3 country codes for international mapping. In many regions, the system is hard-coded to display ARE rather than United Arab Emirates.

Alternatively, if you prefer the full country name to appear, you can disable the default address field in your Custom Form Styles and manually enter your address into the Footer field. Here’s how.

1. Navigate to the Gear icon and select Custom form styles.
2. Add or Edit an existing one.
3. Go to Content, and click the first box, then tick off the Business address.   
4. Click the third box and manually enter your address into the Add footer text.
