The recurring invoice feature is available in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Advanced, Essentials, and Plus subscriptions. Since you're currently using QBO Simple Start, you can consider upgrading to any of these plans to use this feature.
Once you upgrade to one of those plans, follow these steps to create recurring transactions.
Go to the Gear icon, then select Recurring transactions.
Click New.
Under the Transaction type, select Invoice.
Enter a Template name. Then, choose what type of recurring transaction.
Enter a date on how many days you want to create in advance.
Select a customer. Then, add the email address where you want to send it.
