  2. Haz clic en Nuevo cliente (New customer).
  5. Completa la información requerida y selecciona Guardar (Save).

Once you add a customer and record transactions with them, you can't change the currency in their profile, as QuickBooks locks this field to protect your financial history and reporting.

However, you can make the current customer profile inactive. Your previous transactions with the customer stay in QuickBooks. Then, create a new one with the correct currency.

  1. Navigate to All apps, then select Customers & leads under Customer Hub.
  2. Click New customer.
  3. In the customer's name, you may need to add a slight variation, like a space or suffix from their previous name, since QBO requires unique names.
  4. In the Customer information window, select the customer's currency from the Currency dropdown field. This is the currency that the customer uses to pay you for products or services.
  5. Fill out the required information and select Save.
