Hi, Eduardo.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I understand how concerning it can be when the home currency seems to change unexpectedly. Let’s work together to identify it's cause.

Please note that the Home Currency in QuickBooks Online can only be modified manually by users with access to the account and does not change automatically. Therefore, I recommend checking the Audit Log to determine if a change was made to the currency who made the change, and when. Also, check if you've logged in to the correct company, which could explain the sudden change in currency.

If you've seen changes to the currency in the Audit Log, modify your currency back to MXN. Here's how:

1. From the Gear icon, select Accounts and Settings.
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. In the Currency section, change your home currency back to Mexico Peso (MXN).

If there are no changes in the Audit Log, the company file is correct, and you no longer have the option to change the currency, I recommend contacting our Technical Support Team. They have advanced tools and expertise to examine the issue further, provide detailed information on why the currency changed, and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Please leave us a response if you have other questions or concerns.
