Let me share some information on how we can add the courier charges discount and include the terms and conditions within the estimate in QuickBooks Online.
QuickBooks doesn't have a specific field where we can add the courier charges discount. But, there's a way to include it by adding another line item. To guide you further, please follow these steps. Here's how:
Go to the +New button.
Under the Customers column, select Estimate.
In the Product/Service column, enter the item or select it if you have created it already. Then, enter the amount of the product.
Add another line item and named it as a courier charge.
Enter the name of your customer and other required details.
If we have saved a file of the terms and conditions, we can include that file as an attachment. All we have to do is click the Clip icon and select the file that saved on your computer. Once everything is ready, we can send it to our customer by clicking the Save and Send button. Let's see this sample screenshot for additional reference:
