How can I export all my customers' Sales tax registration data from additional information? Thank you

The report function didn't have the selection to export

Standard reports export only basic contact information. As a workaround, create a custom field for this info and add it as a column to the Customer Contact List Report.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Custom fields.
  2. Click Add custom field, name it "Sales Tax Reg".
  3. Choose the Customer category so it binds to customer profiles.
  4. Move your data from the "Additional Info" section into this new field on your customer profiles.

 

After this, we can begin customizing the report. Follow the steps below:

 

  1. Navigate to Reports, open the Customer Contact List.
  2. Select Customise, in the column, tick the Sales Tax Reg field.
  3. Then click Apply changes, and then begin exporting.
