How can I see what invoices were emailed to clients and when?

Welcome to the Community forum, Joanne. There are several ways to view emailed invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You can access the invoice lists to have an overview of emailed invoices in QBO. Let me guide you through the process below.

1. Go to All apps, then Sales & Get Paid.
2. Choose Invoices.
3. Emailed ones are marked as Sent under the STATUS column. 
4. Click the drop-down arrow under the ACTION column.   
5. Hit the View activity option to know when it was emailed.

You can also run the Audit log to see emailed invoices. Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon and access the Audit log.
2. In the Events drop-down, choose All transactions.
3. Search for Invoice.
4. Press Ctrl+F on your keyboard and type Emailed.
5. Click View to get a comprehensive view of the invoice.
