How can I view my payment history?

You currently don't have permission to view subscription details. Reach out to your QuickBooks admin for more info?

In QuickBooks, if you are the Primary Admin, you have the ultimate authority to view billing and payment history. To confirm this, go to Gear icon > Manage Users  > Role.

 

If you are not listed as a Primary Admin, you will need to ask the Primary Admin to transfer the role to you, or contact your admin to pull your payment history.

 

If your accountant set up your subscription, they will be billed directly through wholesale billing. In this case, you'll need to contact your accountant to get copies of your invoices or payment history.
