Currently, QuickBooks Payments, including built-in card processing and payment link features, is unavailable in QuickBooks Online International. So, you can't add a bank card or PayPal as a built-in payment method or create payment links.

However, you can consider integrating with a third-party app that supports PayPal or direct bank-card payments. By going through the Integrations icon on the upper right corner > Find Integrations and search for an app that fits your needs.
