I'm here to walk you through the steps on how to change the language on your invoice in QuickBooks Online.
QuickBooks Online offers six languages. These are English, French (Canadian), Spanish, Italian, Chinese (Traditional), and Portuguese (Brazil). If your customer's language is mentioned above, you can go to the customer's profile, then set the language preference for the invoice. After that, QuickBooks will automatically translate the invoices you send to your customer.
Here's how:
Go to the Sales tab on the left side.
Select the Customers button.
Pick the customer's name, then hit Edit.
Choose the Language tab.
In the Send invoices to this customer in the drop-down, choose the appropriate language.
Tap Save.
After that, go to the Gear icon, then choose Custom form styles and hit New Style to create a template for each language you invoice in. In the Emails tab, modify the email corresponding to the language you use.
Last is, create an invoice and use the template you've created. Just click the Customise button below, then choose the exact template and hit Save and Send.
You can always run any customer's report so you can manage all transactions. Then customise it to show the specific details. You can refer to this article to know more about the process: Customise Report.
Let me know if you have a follow-up question. I'm willing to help. Have a great day!
