How do I get my banking details to save automatically on each invoice ? At present I am having to enter them manually for every one. Thank you

You can add your banking details so they automatically appear on every new invoice by adding them to your Custom Form Styles. Here's how:

 

  1. Navigate to the Gear icon, and select Custom form styles.
  2. Choose an invoice template and click Edit.
  3. Select Content tab, and click the pencil icon on the bottom right to edit the footer section.
  4. In the Add payment details and footer section, enter your banking details.
  5. Select Preview PDF to review your changes, then Done to save.

 

Please note that this will only apply to newly created invoices going forward.
