You can enable this option from the Account and Settings. This way, you will receive a copy of your invoices whenever you send them to your customers. Follow the steps below.
Go to the Gear icon in your QuickBooks Online account.
Select Account and settings.
Go to the Sales tab.
Choose the Messages section.
Select Invoices and other sales form from the Sales form drop-down.
