How do I put a memo in an estimate when I have 10 estimates for the same customer?

Customer X has 10 locations - I need to specify which estimates are which at a glance - how do I show enter the memo on estimates?

    Glad to have you as a new member in the Community. I'll be glad to guide you in the right direction so you're on the right track. 

     

    QuickBooks allows you to add info in the memo field of an estimate. Here's how:

     

    1. Click the +New button.
    2. Select Estimate under Customers.
    3. On the Estimate page, select the customer, and fill in the necessary information.
    4. Add a description in the Message displayed on statement box.
    5. Once done, click Save.
