How do i remove the option for customers to approve the quotes ------ We have our own PO system and this is doubling workload and causing havoc

ow do i remove the option for customers to approve the quotes ------ We have our own PO system and this is doubling workload and causing havoc as we cant see who approved the qute when sent to multiple addresses - - -Please leave my system alone and remove the quote approval option

I understand how inconvenient this can be, especially when quotes are sent to multiple recipients, making them difficult to track. In QuickBooks Online, there isn’t an option to disable the customer quote approval feature because it is built directly into the system's workflow.

As a workaround, instead of sending the quote through QuickBooks, simply save it once it's created. Then, download the document and email it externally to your customers.

In your email, ask them to reply directly to confirm their approval. Once they do, update the quote’s status to keep your records accurate.
