I've got here the steps for changing the date format in your invoice.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and then select Accounts and Settings.
  2. Choose the Advanced tab.
  3. Scroll down to Other preferences and click the Edit.
  4. Select your preferred DD/MM/YYYY format from the Date format dropdown menu.
  5. Hit Save.

If you have already selected this format but the PDF view still shows MM/DD/YYYY, the invoice may be using an unrefreshed template, or your browser might be displaying a cached version.

To fix this, first refresh your browser, then log out and log back into QuickBooks. If that doesn't work, try opening the invoice in an incognito or private window. If the format displays correctly there, clear your browser's history and cache to resolve the issue in your main window. Alternatively, you can try using a different browser.

If the issue persists, please contact our Intuit Experts directly so they can investigate this behavior and ensure your changes apply correctly.
