I'll share what I know about this, jyothi-c.

Once you set a currency to a customer profile, you can no longer change it. The only thing we can do is create another one with the AED currency.

  1. Select Sales on the left menu and go to the Customers tab.
  2. Click the New customer button and enter the customer details.
  3. In the Customer information window, go to the Payment and billing tab.
  4. Select AED  UAE Dirham in the This customer pays me with field.
  5. Click Save.

You can also use this link for reference when creating customer profiles: Add and manage customers in QuickBooks Online.

After setting up your desired customer profile, you can already create sales transactions.

Let us know if you need further assistance with creating customers and their transactions.

@jyothi-c

As another option, you send the invoice in INR and accept your payment at TW account, then utilize the bank feeds. Your client will pay you in AED.
