How to create a commercial invoice

Commercial Invoices don't have a specific format. However, you need to create your own template in QuickBooks Online since the software has its standard templates. Here's how:

1. Head to the Gear icon.
2. Choose Custom Form Styles.
3. Click on the New style dropdown, then select Invoice.
4. Update the Design, Content, and Emails.
5. Once done, select Done.

It also has the Free Editable Commercial Invoice, which you can import into the system. If you no longer have the option to import invoice templates, I recommend utilizing a third-party application.
