I want to provide you with an update on the issue related to enabling multicurrency and encountering the home currency data inconsistent error in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Our product engineers are actively working to fix the error when enabling multicurrency in QBO. Although we don't have a specific time for the fix, I encourage contacting our Support Team to have your name added to the list of affected users. This way, you can be notified once it's resolved. Here's how:
1. In your QBO account, go to Help (?).
2. Select either of these tabs:
Assistant tab and type Talk to a human.
Search tab and click on Contact us to connect with a support expert.
3. Start a chat with a QuickBooks support expert online.
