How to print an invoice from the phone?

Hi there, North. I’m here to walk you through the steps for printing invoices using the QuickBooks Online mobile app, based on the type of device you’re using.

If you're using iOS, you can do so by clicking the three-dot menu on the upper right screen. Here's how:

1. Open your QuickBooks mobile app.
2. Go to the Menu and select All.
3. Then, tap Invoices and choose the invoice you want to print.
4. Click the three-dot menu on the upper right screen, then select Print.
5. On the Options window, select your printer and ensure your Paper Size and Layout are correct.
6. Once done, click Print.

If you're using an Android device, you'll need to tap the Preview option and print the invoice using the PDF viewer, as it doesn't have a direct print option.
