Hi, Devesh. We can update your invoice template to include both your company’s and your customer’s VAT numbers.

Here’s how to do it:

  1. From the Home page, click Settings (gear icon) in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Custom form styles and click Edit on your invoice template.
  3. Go to the Content tab and click the the first section at the top (Header area).
  4. Under Header, check the Business Reg. No. box and enter your company’s VAT registration number.
  5. Scroll down to the Display section and check the Customer VAT No. box.
  6. Click Done.

Ensure the VAT details are entered in both the customer’s profile and your company settings. Then, review the existing invoice for the details.

  1. Open an invoice and ensure the updated template is selected.
  2. Click Manage and go to Design.
  3. Select the correct template, then click Save.
  4. Choose Print or download to preview the invoice with the VAT numbers.

After this, you can record customer payments and bank deposits as usual.
