Currently, transferring funds from two foreign accounts is not possible. As a workaround, you can create a home currency and clearing accounts. Then, use either the United States Dollar (USD) or the Australian Dollar (AUD) account transferred directly to MYR.
Here's how to create a clearing account:
Go to the Settings menu and select Chart of accounts.
Click on the New button.
Select Bank under the Account Type drop-down.
Select the Detail Type.
Enter Clearing Account on the Name field.
Choose your home currency under the Currency drop-down.
Select on Save and Close.
After creating clearing accounts for USD or AUD and MYR currencies, you can now transfer it from the clearing account to your home currency.
You can also pull up a Balance sheet report and check out this article on how to filter it: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online. This way, you can check your USD or AUD balance.
Please don't hesitate to tag my name in the comment section below if you need anything else. I'd be happy to lend a helping hand. Take care.
