Question

I believe a client paid an invoice through quickbooks with a bank transfer because I got an email notification, but my invoice dashboard shows still unpaid. Fix?

    When a customer pays an invoice, you'll receive an email confirmation. However, the invoice will only be marked as paid once the payment is funded. You can log in to the Merchant Service Center to check on the deposit status.

     

    Keep in mind that if you’re new to QuickBooks Payments, your first deposits will take up to 5 business days while we set up your account. After that, future payments will be much faster.
