One possible reason you may be unable to send or view invoices in QuickBooks Online is that your user permissions have not been set correctly. Some roles don't have access to invoices. You can coordinate with the primary admin of the account. However, if you are the primary admin, I recommend reaching out to our Live support team so they can investigate further the cause of this issue.
Go to the Help menu.
Select the Search option and type "contact support".
Choose the Contact Us tab at the bottom.
Enter the question, keyword, or topic you need help with.
Follow the prompts, then choose a way to connect with us.
