Question

I cant search the product through SKU anymore when I am creating estimation or invoice. This make it difficult to search, any idea how to solve?

Hello, Timothy. Be sure to type the SKU exactly right in the Product/service search bar when looking up items for your estimates and invoices.

 

If you entered the SKU product code correctly but still can’t see the products, try refreshing your browser for the most current data, especially if you recently updated a SKU. If that doesn’t work, let’s use a new incognito tab to open a clean version of the browser with no saved history or cookies and search with the SKU again.
