Hello there, GHALIB.

QuickBooks Online currently limits the use of custom fields to one per transaction in the mobile app. While you may create and manage multiple custom fields in the web version, only one custom field can be applied to a transaction when using the mobile app. This limitation could explain why you're not seeing all your custom fields in the mobile app.

Currently, the QuickBooks Online mobile app does not allow you to add attachments directly to expense transactions. Instead, it only provides the option to take a photo and attach it to the expense. For transactions that require file attachments, you can use the web version of QBO, where attachments like invoices, receipts, and documents can be added seamlessly to expense entries.
