I customized invoice in friendly layout design but the VAT column is not shown in Print and PDF. Just showing on screen

When updating your layout in QuickBooks, please ensure you check the Tax box to display the VAT percentage on your invoice.

Here's how to check it:

1. Click the Gear icon and select the Edit option for your templates.
2. Navigate to the Content section, then click on the Table section of the invoice where the line items are displayed.
3. Scroll down to locate the Tax section.
4. Click Done once you've checked it.

If the issue persists, I suggest refreshing your web browser and trying to log out and back in again.
