Your uploaded opening balance isn’t showing in your account because the transaction is either in the Pending tab waiting for review or hasn’t been categorised correctly. To resolve this, check the Pending tab and assign the transaction to the correct category, such as "Opening Balance Equity."
Here’s how:
Go to Bank Transactions.
Select the bank, then click Pending.
On the left side of the transaction, select Categorise.
Type Opening Balance Equity in the field.
Click Post.
