If you're referring to your invoice for your QBO subscription, the invoice will be sent monthly to the email address you provided when signing up. When you receive the email, click on the View Billing History to see all your invoices, from where you can download a PDF copy if you need to.
On the other hand, If you're looking to create an invoice for your business, here's how:
Click the + New button and select Invoice.
Choose a customer from the Add customer drop-down.
Enter the date or terms if needed.
Select a product or service from the Product/service drop-down.
Fill in the fields for Description, Qty, Rate, and Amount.
