I just created an invoice for a customer and will like to give a 10% discount unfortunately there is no colum for that, how can I do that

Hi @mealsworthlimited,

 

You can enable the Discount option in the Payments option to easily add or edit it on invoices.

 

There’s no specific column for discounts, but you can use the discount field to apply either a percentage (e.g., 10%) or a fixed amount (e.g., $10). Simply choose the type and input the value.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to +Create then Invoice.
  2. In the upper right, click Manage.
  3. Select Payment options.
  4. Turn on the Discount.
  5. To record a discount, select Discount percent to enter the discount as a percentage. Alternatively, select 'Discount value' to enter the discount as a specific amount.
  6. Enter the percentage or amount you want to discount in the discount field.
  7. Select Save.
