I'm using Quickbooks online and I want to find out how to add payment links to the invoices that i email to my customers. im currently using Quickbooks Online Plus Global

Hi there, @formula_454_s.

 

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can include payment links to invoices you email to customers by entering the links in the Customer payment options field.

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Hover to +Create and select Invoice.
  2. Complete the details of your invoice.
  3. Enter the payment links in the Customer Payment Options field.
  4. Click Review and send.

     
  5. Review the email details, then click Send invoice once done.

Please note that once the invoice is paid, make sure to record invoice payments.
