I need to provide one customer with all invoices from the past two years for due diligence related to the sale of their business. I use QuickBooks Self-Employed, help?

Currently, the date filter on the Invoices page only goes back to the previous year, meaning we cannot retrieve the actual invoice documents from two years ago. However, we can still gather the payment data you need for your due diligence. By exporting your income Transactions to a spreadsheet, you will have a full, filterable record of every payment this customer made.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Transactions menu.
2. Select the Type dropdown and choose Income.
3. Select the Time period dropdown, choose Custom, and enter the dates for the past two years.
4. Select the Export icon to download your CSV file.
