If new invoice is made an saved but not visible under transaction list what should i do ?

To begin with, let's ensure that you are on the correct company on your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. There are multiple ways to access your invoices, and I'd be glad to show you how.

First, we can go to your Sales menu, then select either Invoices or All Sales. All your created invoices will be listed there.

Another way to locate them is to click the Search bar to locate your recently opened transactions including your invoices.
