Welcome to QuickBooks Community, @amit-networkcraf.

Old cache stored in a browser can cause unexpected issues. You can open your browser's private window which disables the cache. This way, you can isolate the cause.

Below are keyboard combinations on how to open a private window on each browser listed.

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If that works for you, proceed with clearing your browser's cache. Open this article for the steps: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online

Otherwise, use a different browser and proceed with creating an invoice to see if the issue persists.

I also suggest you take a look at this article: Allow or accept cookies for QuickBooks Online. It contains a different set of steps for each supported browser.
