May I ask if you received an error while using an invoice that can cause this entry not working? I'd appreciate any further details so I can present accurate information.

 

In the meantime, I suggest logging into your QuickBooks account through a private browser. This will help us determine if the problem is related to the browser's settings. And, private browsing doesn't store local files or cache.

 

Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using.

 

  • For Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

 

If it works using the private browser, go back to your main browser and perform clear cache to remove temporary internet files on your computer.
