If your customers cannot see the option to pay, ensure your QuickBooks settings are correct:
Go to the Settings icon and select Account and settings.
Select the Sales tab.
Locate the Online delivery section and select Edit.
In the Additional email options for invoices dropdown, make sure Online invoice is selected.
