My app seems to of updated and now in the menu I’m unable to view customers etc

    I'm here to assist you in resolving the issue you're experiencing with your QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app.
     

    When the app isn’t functioning properly, one common reason is the app’s stored data. To address this, we can try resetting it, which works similarly to clearing your web browser’s cache. Please follow these steps:
     

    For Android devices:

    1. Tap the menu icon in the top right corner and select Settings.
    2. Choose Refresh Data, then tap Yes to confirm.

    Through your phone's settings:

    1. Open your device's Settings and navigate to Apps (this may vary depending on the device).
    2. Find and select the QuickBooks app from the list.
    3. Tap Storage, then choose Clear Data.

     

    After completing the steps above, restart your device and reopen the QBO mobile app to confirm the issue has been resolved.
