My client received 2 charges from Beam for $38 and $43 I'm assuming for processing super is this normal? Its insane she only has 1 employee and and 2 super payments

Those charges are the actual super money being sent to the fund, not fees. Beam is included with QuickBooks Online Payroll, so there are no separate flat fees. The $38 and $43 match the super calculated on the employee's recent pay runs.
