I've got some insights to share about setting a place for signature on your invoice in QuickBooks Online.
If you're referring to adding a specific space on the invoice template so you can affix signature, this option isn't available. The system only allows you to add custom fields at the header of the template for the extra details that you might need.
However, if you want to have your customers affix their signatures automatically, this functionality isn't accessible to the browser version of QuickBooks Online. But the mobile app version of QBO can let your customer sign an estimate or invoice.
You may also check out a third-party application that integrates with QuickBooks and supports your desired functionality.
Lastly, I'd like to let you know that our developers are constantly uncovering and considering new ways to improve the program. To be updated with our latest news and enhancements, you can visit our QuickBooks Online Blog site regularly.
I'm just a reply away if you have any other questions. I'll be right here to address them for you. Have a great day!
