Question

My estimates invoice is not opening. I noticed this fault few days ago. Each attempt to open prompts an error message. I restarted my phone with no success.

Hello, Fatoumatta. Could you let us know what the error message says? It sounds like a quick data refresh within the app settings might be all you need to get things synced up and running.

 

If you're using iOS, you can follow these steps:

 

  1. Tap on the Settings icon and then choose General.
  2. Click on iPhone Storage and choose the QBO app.
  3. Tap on Offload App to remove the app and its data temporarily, or tap on Delete App to remove the app and all its data permanently.
